Synopsis
The Wonder Planet is a peaceful place with seven kingdoms: the Sunny Kingdom, the Meramera (Flame) Kingdom, the Jewelry Kingdom, the Windmill Kingdom, the Moon Kingdom, the (Water) Drop Kingdom, and the Tanetane (Seed) Kingdom. All of these kingdoms help manifest the power of the Sun's Blessing from the Sunny Kingdom for their daily use. The Sun's Blessing is important because it creates the energy needed to help the inhabitants survive, and if it goes out, the planet and all its inhabitants will be in danger.
In the past, there was one event where the Sun's Blessing was about to go out, but the legendary princess of the Sunny Kingdom, Princess Grace, managed to stop it. Unfortunately, the Sun's Blessing is about to go out again today, and Princess Grace is not around to save the planet. She appoints the current princesses of the Sunny Kingdom with the power of the Prominence, as only the princesses of the Sunny Kingdom can save the Sun's Blessing. These two twin princesses, Princess Fine and Princess Rein, are now entrusted with the deed to rescue the Sun's Blessing. Princess Grace gives them a pair of Sunny Luces and a helper named Poomo to help aid them with the Prominence.
Fine and Rein first have to improve their princess levels to help themselves grow stronger before they can actually save the Wonder Planet. They go around the planet to help others in wacky little adventures, as only helping others with the Prominence would boost their level. It's doesn't sound hard, but Fine and Rein are the most unprincesslike princesses in the history of the Wonder Planet, and their clumsy antics tend to send them into trouble, from Fine's habit of eating to Rein's obsession with jewelry. Fine and Rein are also trained to go to Princess Parties (talent contests for the princesses of the Wonder Planet) just to boost their reputation, but things don't always come out the way as they are planned.
The Prominence later becomes an interest to many people, including Eclipse, a mysterious boy who continues stalking Fine and Rein. When Prince Bright is thrown into the mix, problems regarding love and friendship start to occur. The twins later find out that there's more to the problem of the Sun's Blessing weakening. What will happen to them?
