Along with the e-mails we receive, some of the e-mails we get often repeat questions, so to save time, trouble, and tears, we've provided answers to the ones we have to repeat ourselves. → Can I use something from this site?
Of course! Whenever you create sites or whatever, you have to have a definite source. However, having our site as your only source of information for your site is not really good because then it just seems like copying.
If you plan on using permitted content from our site (list is below), please credit and link Princess Party's index page, don't hot-link anything, and don't take everything. A list of circumstances of what you may or may not use is provided below.
Information: While information is free for use, please do not copy-paste our typed paragraphs from our site. First, most of them took a very long time to type, and second, they are based off of our own perceptions. If you copy-paste our work, we consider that stealing, even if you credit us. We encourage you to paraphrase whatever it is you want to use for your site. Show a little more devotion, if you please!
Images: We may not have a set gallery, but these images were either scanned or screenshotted by both of us. Although neither of us hold copyright claims over any of the images, we'd like it more if you'd contact and ask us if you can use any of the images, please!
Lyrics: You must ask the transliterator/translator (in most cases it's Ming Yi, and if not the file says who transliterated/translated it) if you may use the lyrics on your site or not. Lyrics take more time to romanize than expected since they don't have furigana on the CD lyric sheets.
→ Can I translate your translations into another language?
The answer is no, but more on the context of accuracy. We'd prefer if you translate directly from Japanese, if possible. There are certain phrases that don't translate easily and may get lost in translation.

This especially applies to debates concerning Milro's name, or just debates concerning officially released names or fan preferences in general. Read the name notes for our answer.
→ Where can I watch the Futago Hime?
There's a variety of places where you can easily watch the show, and it mostly involves this awesome thing we call the Internet. Back when both series were running, we used to download off of l33t-raws' tracker every week the episodes were aired using BitTorrent clients like µTorrent (which is an efficient program that doesn't take up a lot of file space). All of these episodes are high in quality, but they do not have subtitles of any sort. Since the show has ended, it's unlikely you'll get seeders on their tracker, so you might end up having to go onto their IRC channel to download from them. To access their channel, you need to use IRC clients like mIRC or SysReset.
For high-quality subtitled versions (in English), your best bet would be Honobono Fansubs. They've made this subtitling project one of their priorities, and if there's going to be any new subtitled releases for the latest episodes, it's most likely from them. Fushigiboshi * Subs has only subbed the first five episodes of the first season, and since it's a one-man team (meaning that Matthew does all the work by himself), it does not appear that this project will be updated frequently. Aikousha Fansubs has only subtitled the first episode and I have not heard any updates from them since. Since their trackers run on torrents, to download the episodes, you must have a BitTorrent client (again, µTorrent is good example). Most of these fansub groups also have IRC channels, so if torrents don't work for you, you can download off of their channels using IRC clients like mIRC.
If you can't download from the websites, you can also try streaming websites such as YouTube, Veoh, and CrunchyRoll. It probably won't be hard to come up with the results you want, but because these episodes are streamed, the quality is deteriorated. P2P programs like Limewire might also help, but no one uses them anymore. ♥
The last resort is to buying DVDs. The DVD discography provides links that direct you to buying legal, official copies. While pricey, these episodes are bound to be in the best quality possible and often include little extras that have never been shown on TV or cannot be found anywhere else. However, this is not a good idea if you're just new to the show, otherwise you've wasted about $30-$50 per DVD if you realized that you don't like it.
If you live in Korea, Taiwan, China, or Italy lucky you — you'll be able to watch this show locally! Fushigiboshi no * Futago Hime is licensed in those countries. In Korea, it airs on Tooniverse, YOYO TV in Taiwan, CCTV in China, Jade in Hong Kong, and Italia 1 in Italy. Please check your local listings for more information.
→ Where can I read the manga?
There are many methods of acquiring the manga. If you know how to read and type in Japanese enough to understand how the website works, you can try searching the books section at Amazon.jp and bk1.jp. If that option is out, YesAsia currently has the first volume in Japanese on their website and they ship internationally. If you live near a Japanese manga import store, you may be in luck! You can try searching there.
The manga is also available in English; however, it was not picked up by any US distributors, but rather Singapore. If you live in Singapore, chances are you'll be able to find it. It is also available in Traditional Chinese.
→ Is the show licensed for other countries?
As far as we know, Futago Hime has only made it to Korea, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, and Italy. We have not heard news about US or other European companies licensing the show.
→ Is the manga licensed for other countries?
So far, the manga is only available in English and Traditional Chinese. It was licensed by Chuang Yi, a Singapore-based manga company, in English, and by Lovelycomics in Traditional Chinese.

→ Can you give me MP3s of (song titles)? or Where can I find MP3s of (...)?
We will not offer Futago Hime MP3s on this site unless all CDs with the desired song(s) are out of print. It's unfair that we have to pay money to buy the CDs while you get it for free. If you really want the song so badly, we suggest that you purchase the CD to support the animation studio. Where you are located mostly doesn't matter because it is possible to buy CDs outside of Japan and it is possible to buy without a credit card. (Think money order!!)
Since both of us buy CDs frequently on the Internet, we've provided some very, very nice links to buy CDs from. You may also refer to our CD discography with easy-to-access links to CDJapan to buy the desired CD(s), or you can search elsewhere with the catalog number(s).
Amazon.jp - Contains a wide variety of products, from CDs to books. This site is in Japanese, but services are available in English. Unless you have yen (Japanese currency), you will need a credit card to buy stuff from them.
CDJapan - CDJapan has a high quality service, and you don't have to live in Japan to buy CDs from them. You don't have to have a credit card, and you don't have to pay in Japanese yen.
YesAsia - YesAsia not only sells CDs, but also sells books and toys. You can request for free shipping if you pass a certain amount of money. You will need a credit card to purchase from them, as they no longer accept money orders.
If you live near a Japanese import store, lucky you! You might be able to find a CD without even visiting these sites! Sure, you have to shell money, but often times, the CDs are worth it! Plus, sometimes the CDs also contain some nifty extras such as stickers. ♥
Last but not least, uhhh, it really isn't our fault if your parents won't let you buy CDs or won't buy them for you. That's a problem you have to work out yourself. Good luck!
